Three chairs and a long consult.
Maya opened Studio Alder in 2018 after ten years behind other people's chairs. The idea was simple: fewer clients a day, more time at the start of each one. Every appointment opens with a real conversation about your routine, your budget and how often you want to come back. Then we cut and color for that, so the result holds up between visits.
- You hear the full price before any color goes on.
- One stylist from consult to finish, every visit.
- Late chairs on Thursday until 9pm for people who work days.

Kind words
Maya spent fifteen minutes asking how I style my hair before she touched it. My balayage grew out so softly I went four months between appointments.
Lena is the first person who has cut my curls dry and understood them. I left with a shape that works without a diffuser.
Thursday night slot after work, in and out with a sharp cut and no upsell. That is all I wanted.
