YaYa Concepts

flower brand

A brand site for a California flower label: story, lineup, where to find it. Nothing is sold here.

In preview. Not launched yet.

Fourteen seconds, no sound.

The headache

A brand site with no store, around a pouch design that was already set. It had to build the brand without selling anything.

  • In the way: The site isn't a store.

The fix: It tells the story, shows the lineup and points people to licensed dispensaries.

  • In the way: The pouch design was already set.

The fix: The colours and first screen are built around the pouch, so bag and page look like one thing.

  • In the way: Stacked sections read like a template.

The fix: One idea carries the home page: the pouch stays pinned as the release and lineup move past.

  • In the way: Shops need a way in too.

The fix: A stockist link for retailers, separate from the where-to-find page for customers.

Nothing is sold here, so it has one job: make the brand feel like something, then send people to licensed dispensaries. Nine pages, and the home page is built around one pouch that stays with you as you scroll.

Up close

The pouch, front and centreThe wordmark behind the bag, the bag on a sunset street. The first screen is only the product.
The spec, set like a labelWeight, format, pack and where to buy: four small pairs under one headline, like the back of a bag.

The look, and why

Deep navy, #0b1730, bone type, #efe7d8, and one red-orange, #ff4d2e, for things to press. All Archivo. The hero is a sunset street under a grainy navy veil with the pouch in front, so the page takes its colours from the bag.
