storefront

A hemp flower storefront in three tiers, with a bag that remembers what you add.

In preview. Checkout is not connected yet.

Fourteen seconds, no sound.

The headache

A new brand needed its shop up before checkout was connected: complete enough to judge, and honest that it can't take orders yet.

  • In the way: Checkout is not connected yet.

The fix: The bag and checkout review are built. The last step says plainly that checkout isn't connected and nothing is charged.

  • In the way: An age gate tied to the catalog can fail with it.

The fix: The gate is its own small script, so it stands even if the catalog fails to load.

  • In the way: A long catalog of similar products is hard to scan.

The fix: Three colour tiers in their own rows, every product shown as its flower.

  • In the way: A shopper who leaves loses their bag.

The fix: The bag stays on the device for the next visit.

A single-page shop: catalog, product pages, reviews, lab, FAQ, shipping and legal pages, no reloads. Black, pink and white tiers, every product shown as its flower. Each of the six real strains gets four generated studio shots of its bud, then the bag's front.

Up close

Three shelvesBlack, pink and white each start a row under one All strains heading. No labels.
The pre-roll rowPre-rolls stand upright on small plinths, set apart from the flower above.

The look, and why

Near-black, #0B0B0D, panels at #141416, and two pinks, #F0509A and #FF6FB0, doing all the pointing. Syne at its heaviest for headings, Manrope for reading. Each tier starts its own row with no heading, and the sky takes the colour of the middle strain, so the three tiers still read as shelves. A pixel-art LA skyline at sunset sits behind the age gate, the home page and every product.
